We offer Level 1 and 2 qualifications in customer service. Whilst working towards these qualifications you will learn to deal with complaints, be aware of body language, conduct a professional telephone call, and written communication. These skills are essential for any role in customer service and great to add to your CV! You will study these topics through a blend of both face-to-face and distance learning with your tutor and all learning materials are provided.

The Principals of Team Leading

Our team leading course will help you to upskill your people management techniques and gain the qualifications to access employment in this sector. This is also a great qualification to add to your cv! This is an opportunity for you to:

Qualifications

Whilst completing a customer service qualification, you will develop your skills and knowledge in scheduling, managing conflict in the workplace, problem solving and customer service. You will study for this course through a combination of face-to-face and distance learning with your tutor and all learning materials are provided.

The Principles of Management

This course is great for anyone keen to develop the essential skills for any leadership and management role. You will explore the different qualities adopted by managers and useful techniques for leading and motivating a team. This is an opportunity for you to:

  • Gain a recognised certificate in the principals of management
  • Develop people management skills
  • Access employment in this sector

Qualifications

Upon completion of this course you will gain a Level 3 certificate in the Principles of Management. You will learn about managing self-development, the responsibilities that you will have as a manager, objective setting and communication skills.
